Abstract

High-conflict divorce proceedings often conceal covert narcissistic manipulation, where language becomes a weapon to distort reality, erode victim credibility, and undermine judicial clarity. This paper introduces the Witness Dyad Framework, a novel forensic linguistic methodology that leverages Thoughtprint (Cognitive Integrity Trace) and Shadowprint (Distortion Pattern Indexing) to detect manipulation signatures—such as DARVO (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender), gaslighting, and performative sanity—in testimony and affidavits.
