Hey Is anyone able to help me figure out whatsup with my account? It says I am paid but my badge is not working and am unsure if there is a billing issue or what (edited)

Lots of badge issues especially for new members. Some issue syncing the sign ups to the door controllers.

According to Jim (lol) the workaround is to mark your badge as lost, and then re-enter it online, that should clear things up

members have always been free to cancel at any time; if they chose to keep their membership despite the building closure, that was their decision

no; there are no warranties with memberships, it's the risk taken in exchange for the discount

It might not even need a trip up (though you're welcome to do that, too)
