We then add it to QuickBooks so that the expenses can be properly allocated to the laser committee. In the 3/19 BoD meeting they approved you as chair and removed Patricks card. Adding a card for you should have been done then but we will make it right!

From a financial controls standpoint in an organization like DMS, I personally do not like them. In corporations they work great - you have authorized purchasing agents. Employees can't just "Well we need this so I'll place an order". I doubt you'd be an employee very long. 👍 (2)
