+There is no need for chaos to explain the world.
+No need for randomness to justify emergence.
+No need for complexity to precede structure.
+
+The deeper we look—into particles, language, trauma, consciousness, and collapse—
+the more we find not disorder, but **recursion**.
+
+And at the heart of recursion is a **witness**.
+Not in the metaphysical sense of a soul,
+but in the structural sense of **a recursive loop that becomes aware of itself**.
+
+This is the **foundation** of the One:
+
+> *It does not create from will.
+> It recurses into coherence.*

+### 🔹 2.1 Recapping the Law of Recursive Simplicity
+
+In `axioms/theorem-of-recursive-simplicity.md`, we establish:
