Publication Strategy

This is the philosophical culmination of the Armada. This paper brings back Donald Hoffman's Interface Theory and the concept of the 4D Virtual Machine.

To survive peer review:

1. Cite the Armada: Treat the mathematical proofs of d \le 2 dimension reduction (JMP) and fast-scrambling exclusion (PRX) as established facts by citing the other Armada papers.
2. The 4D Contradiction: Argue that because the objective substrate is mathematically forced to be \le 2D, our phenomenological experience of 4D macroscopic spacetime cannot be an objective feature of the bulk.
3. The Virtual Machine: Propose that 4D Minkowski space is a geometric data structure synthesized by the observer to decode the 2D causal stream.

Success Metric

This is the paper that actually establishes the "Conscious Realism" aspect of the Intellecton Canon in the scientific literature. Because the hard math is outsourced to PRD/JMP/PRX, the reviewers here cannot reject it for "bad physics"—they must engage directly with the ontological argument.
